Catch up

We are less than a week away from due date! We finally have car seats installed, the room ready, clothes washed, etc. This past week we did some nesting, in one day I had a window washer, cleaning lady, electrician, and carpet cleaner over. It was great. Wanna feel like you got some things accomplished, just stand there with your check book! We are progressing in the right direction with No. 2 so we hope she will make her arrival in the next week or so. I have still been sleeping fairly well. There are usually a few nights a week that I am up for 3-4 hours at a time, but I seem to get my full nights around those rough ones. I keep telling myself that its not going to get much better!

Mamush is doing well. We talk about the baby a lot. He has a baby doll that he carries around from time to time and we have had the car seat on the floor quite a bit so he could get used to it. If you ask him where his baby is he will point to his tummy. He likes to rub my belly and he will kiss it too. He can say the word baby which is very fun.

My sister Jess is doing well. She had her 6th Chemo treatment this past week. Each treatment is different as it seems to pose new challenges each time. There is no way of knowing how her body will take it or what side affects she will have. Her two boys continue to grow big and strong and its always fun to see Grant as he changes each day. The whole family has had their world flipped upside down. Its amazing how people come out of the woodwork to help her and her family! Strangers have mowed their lawn, friends have cleaned their house, family has stayed overnight. We know the tumor is shrinking and that is all that matters!

Now if we could just get this Minnesota weather to turn around!

You are awesome, Mama! Nothing funnier than thinking of Mamush with a baby in his tummy, hehe. Hadley totally thought that too - I think they were right around the same age too :) Anxiously & prayerfully awaiting the good news... Oh, and how was the Twins game???
