Well, as we are learning the tough way, International Adoption is unpredictable and just when you think things are going your way, they aren't. In a matter of two hours after posting below, we received a letter from our agency concerning MOWA. They are closed and hope to re-open on July 23rd, though this can't be confirmed.

MOWA closing means that we won't have hope of a tentative court date until they get back. At this point court is closing the first week of August. Realistically, getting the letter from MOWA and passing court before August 7th is probably not going to happen.

In our conference call last month, our agency indicated that if we did not make it through court, we would be hopefully traveling in December or later.

Just not the way you want to end a Friday. Its very hard to not be really angry right now.
